New Delhi: Polarity Smart Bikes has launched its wide range of electric bicycles in the Indian market.  The company has introduced this bicycle in two different categories, the first in the Sport category being S1K, S S2K and S3K.  The second category includes E1K, E2K and E3K in the executive range.  The starting price of this bicycle is Rs 38,000 and its top variant is priced at Rs 1.1 lakh.

The company has also started booking this bicycle, which you can book through the company’s official website.  For this you only have to pay a booking amount of Rs. 1,001.  According to the information available, the company will start delivery of these electric bicycles from the beginning of 2020.

In this electric bicycle, the company uses a 1-3kW capacity lithium ion battery pack.  The company claims that the bicycle can run for up to 80 kilometers on a single charge.  The company is also offering a 3-year warranty for this battery.  You can charge it with a commonly used socket at home.  Apart from this, the company is also offering a fast charging system as an alternative

As you can tell, all 6 of these bicycles are suitable for the government’s Fame-2 scheme.  The bicycle can be operated with pedals except batteries and has only one seat.  Currently the company is also working on a two-seater bicycle project that will be rolled out in the near future.

According to the new trend, the company has incorporated the best features in this bicycle.  It has a Bluetooth-enabled TFT instrument cluster.  Apart from this, the company has also created an app that you can connect to this bicycle, which will provide customers with information such as battery life, charging, location service detail

The company-issued mobile app is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple Store.  Apart from this, the company has also used USB charging port and LED lighting in all variants.  Most importantly, you do not even need a license to ride this electric bicycle.

Polarity Smart Bikes has targeted Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Chennai at an early stage.  The company will also launch door-step delivery in the near future
